Darren, a novice to training, had a desire to improve his fitness and improve his physique. I challenged him to do it in 3 months; increase muscularity, decrease body fat and increase endurance. Darren rose to the challenge! Under my guidance, we refined his diet to increase his muscle mass, maximized his cardio for fat burn and used resistance training to increase his muscularity.
