So when you train with me, you can be assured that you will get a customized training programme designed just for you.
Being able to run 2.4km on a treadmill does not mean you are fit.
Everyone’s metabolism, bio-rhythm, body structure, lifestyle, diet and genes are different. My training is truly customized to fit your body and needs at that particular point in your life.

Even during training, each session is different because the body is constantly in a state of flux. You may have lots of energy one day, and then you may not feel 100% another day because you are suffering from stress, lack of sleep or may have pulled a muscle. To address this and maximize each workout I have invented a technique called real-time customization (RTC). On the day of training, exercises are adapted to how you feel and the current condition of your body. There is never a wasted workout!

Training should be holistic, focusing on other areas like flexibility, muscular strength, endurance etc.

Our mind and body are connected. In times of mental stress (which is most prevalent in today’s society), exercise helps bring a balance and mental boost. It keeps the body fit thus enabling you to manage stress better!
